Life can be confusing at times, but we’re here to help with any CEE related questions.
You will be notified by email about the current status of your order. In addition, when the package is on the way, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
All orders are shipped with Bpost. You will find the tracking link on your order confirmation.
After finalising your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating your order number and a summary of your order details. In case you didn’t receive this e-mail within two hours, please contact us.
You can return your order within 14 days. Please note that the items must be in their original state and they cannot be worn or washed.
YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER BY COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
Send us an email at info@cee-collections.com, stating which items you’d like to return and your return reason.
You can then return your item to the following address:

Once we’ve received your returned item, please allow 10 working days for the refund to be processed.
